*With respect to the images, drawings, pictures, designs, dimensions, distributions of areas and measures, spaces, finishes, decorative elements, proposals of furniture, perspectives, and landscaping, among others, the project's QUINTESSENCE BAY, contained in brochures, in renders, on the go or in advertisements, are strictly artistic representations and therefore do not set up any kind of contractual commitment on the part of the PROMOTER of the project with the interior design or furniture. The information contained in all the publicity of the project may be modified at any time without prior notice, basis adjustments which, in the opinion of the architect, the creator of the design, can enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the same, or by the availability of materials at the time of construction. The areas are approximations and may be modified due to technical adjustments, design and/or construction processes according to the approvals of the competent authorities. The apartments will be delivered with no furniture. The foregoing, in compliance with what is established in the Law 1480 of 2011 to prevent misleading advertising which could affect third parties.
